The ruby red Badgers Creek Shiraz Cabernet is an excellently-balanced blend clearly defined by its aroma and taste. On the nose is a bouquet of juicy red berry notes in combination with jam and a hint of spice. The palate is pleasant, soft and strong revealing excellently expressed tones of cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant. The finish is long and velvety with marked nuances of leather and ripe cherries. Best served with a variety of cheeses, pizza, pork dishes and beef.
