The Cape Dream Chenin Blanc is a fresh and succulent white blend that pours with a bright golden color with light reflections of green. Very fruity on the nose revealing refreshing aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers. The palate is excellently balanced, fairly creamy and smooth with notes of white pear, pineapple and flowers. Compliments white meat, fish in a white sauce or creamy cheeses.

The harvesting process takes place at night when the temperatures are low for the perfect level of maturity. The juice is then extracted by pressing, staining and fermentation with very low temperatures for three weeks, after which the wine is clarified and kept at low temperatures.
