Cape Dream Sauvignon Blanc is a sophisticated white blend with a bright light gold colour and green reflections. The blend is brimming with aromas of gooseberry, green fig and melon whiffs. Nice, supple and juicy on the palate with expressive tones of lemon and minerals. Excellently balanced and harmonious fish, shellfish and other white meat.

The grapes are harvested at night when the temperatures are cooler. The grapes are pressed under pressure with limited access of oxygen. This will save the maximum amount of fresh fruit flavors.
Special yeast fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for 48 hours. The wine is matured in the same steel vats for six months. The blend retains its freshness and expressiveness.
