Fuego Austral Cabernet Sauvignon has a gorgeous deep ripe cherry colouring. The wine shows a clear fruit driven nose with notes of ripe berries, spices and dark chocolate. The taste of the wine is fresh, well-balanced, with soft tannins. A smooth palate entrance, showing delicate notes of tobacco and spice in a long aftertaste. Harmonizes well with red meat, poultry, barbeque and cheeses.
