The Fuego Austral Merlot is an elegant red blend that expresses itself in all its potential. The wine shines a brilliant red color with violet tones. The nose is predominated by plums and cherries, intermingled with gentle notes of cinnamon. The amalgamation of Merlot and Syrah offers an extremely easy-drinking blend that is well-balanced with a round body and velvety-smooth tannins. Best served with semi-cured cheese, white meat and pasta.

The selected bunches were transported to the winery. The must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 ° C and 28 ° C.
This wine was aged for 4 months in a stainless steel tank and then bottled for 6 months.
