Hill & Dale Sauvignon Blanc 2019 75cl

The Hill & Dale Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant white blend from the Coastal Region of South Africa. It has a pale yellow color with a beautiful aroma of white flowers. The palate is tart and dry with layers of mouth filling grapefruit, tropical fruit and soft hints of grass. It can be perfectly enjoyed on its own, but for an ideal match, pair it with green, leafy salads with trout, almandine, roasted nuts, sole veronique and pastas with rocket pesto or even a traditional English fries and fish.
