The Louis Eschenauer Sauvignon Bordeaux is an elegant white blend with a light golden color. The bottle opens up with sweet aromas of almond, citrus and apricots. On the palate are the smooth flavours of melon, passion fruit, lemon and minerals. The aftertaste is long and pleasant with delicious hints of liquorice. Best served with foie gras, cheese, fruit and pastries.
