The African Night Shade, popularly known as Managu is one of the most important indigenous leafy vegetables. The leaves are a rich source of calcium, vitamin C and beta-carotene. This pre-boiled vegie is finished off well with onions, tomatoes, coconut cream and seasoning. Best served with ugali, chapati and rice.
