Mixed Kienyeji (Sagaa,Managu,Terere,Kanzira) 600g

This is a vegetable combination of four nutritious vegetables namely Sagaa (Spider Plant), Managu (African Nightshade), Terere (Amaranth) and Kanzira (Afircan Kale). All of these leafy greens are an excellent source of calcium, Vitamin A, Iron, Potassium and Zinc. These boiled Kienyeji vegies are best cooked with a lot of onions, tomatoes, milk and seasoning. A great accompaniment to ugali.
