The Singleton of Dufftown Sunray is a new honey-led Singleton of Dufftown. This yummy expression of the Singleton range was first released in 2014 and continues to be aged in American Bourbon casks since then.
Singleton of Dufftown Sunray Tasting Notes
Evident on the nose are notes of vanilla, honey, apple and blackcurrant. Also felt are grassy honey, apple and cinnamon hints.
The Singleton of Dufftown Sunray is soft on the palate with notes of stewed apples, a thick honeyed texture and taste with pale hints of malt in the background.
The finish is fairly short, warm and drying.
