The Trapiche Broquel Pinor Noir is a smooth and mature blend with a brilliant red color. On the nose are the intense notes of spice, black fruit and sweet cherry. Sweet tannings with an interesting complexity open up the palate, revealing the fresh and perky red fruit flavors. The finish is spunky with crisp acidity and peppery overtones. Excellent to combine with veal, chicken and salmon dishes.
