Western Cellars Zinfandel 2019 75cl

The Western Cellars Zinfadel has a pleasant ruby red color with raspberry tints. The aroma of this blend is quite intense, elegant and spicy with a light woody touch. The wine’s bouquet gives away a variation of chokeberries, raspberries, blackberries, black pepper, guelder-rose, and dried dates. The palate is perfectly balanced and also very intense with refreshing and fruity notes of raspberries, blackberries, black currants, plum jam, cherries, delicate tannins and black pepper. The aftertaste is very soft with hints of coffee and light bitter taste. Served best with pasta, pizza, baked duck, baked chicken, risotto, cheeses, roast pork, shish kebab and mutton leg.
