A very dry year with only 345mm of rain. There was an early harvest due to high temperatures in August and September. Selection of best grapes from old vines grown on the best soils.

20 days between fermentation and maceration.
Malolactic fermentation and almost 2 years in casks. The blend remained in concrete tanks until bottling. It was aged in the bottle in order to gain the elegance and smoothness that it offers.
