Its flavouring comes from a recipe of ten hand-selected botanicals from exotic locations around the world. They include almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb and grains of paradise.
Bombay Sapphire Tasting Notes:
Nose: Strong and citrus with acidic lemon dominating. Has a distinct floral-fruity character in the background and a strongly aromatic character that sets it apart.
Palate: A bit oily and thick, slightly spicy lemon with a touch of earthy floral notes.
Finish: Tight and long with heat, coriander, juniper and a balanced citrus note.
