<h2><b>Vinification </b></h2>
<p>The grapes are harvested at night when the temperatures are cooler. The grapes are pressed under pressure with limited access of oxygen. This will save the maximum amount of fresh fruit flavors.</p>
<h2><b>Maturation </b></h2>
<p>Special yeast fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for 48 hours. The <a href="https://dev.oaks.delivery/wine/">wine</a> is matured in the same steel vats for six months.  The blend retains its freshness and expressiveness.</p>
