It's built from just two things: soft winter wheat grown in Picardie up north, and spring water drawn from the brand's own well in Gensac, filtered through Champagne limestone. The recipe came from François Thibault, a cognac cellar master who brought a cognac maker's obsession with smoothness to vodka. The wheat is turned into a kind of "bread wine" then distilled in one continuous five-step run. That single, careful distillation is the secret to how clean it tastes.
