Patrón is made entirely at Hacienda Patrón in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Blue Weber agave. The clever bit is how they crush it: half the agave goes through a modern roller mill for bright, citrusy character, and half is pressed under a two-tonne volcanic tahona stone the old-fashioned way for earthier depth. Both are distilled separately in small copper pot stills, then blended for balance. Every bottle is hand-made from recycled glass and hand-numbered, which is why no two look quite the same.
