Sanderman Ruby Port is produced using the traditional Porto Wine method, where the hand-picked grapes undergo stalk-removal and crushing. This precedes the fermentation under controlled temperatures, involving skin maceration, so as to extract the best components. The ageing period is 3 years, a time during which the wine is carefully tasted, while analyzing every of its aspect. Corrections are made from time to time, to ensure Sandeman Porto Ruby’s style and character is maintained.

The wine pairs well with full, flavoured, and creamy cheeses. It also goes well with chocolate desserts and fruit pie.
