The Tequila is distilled twice in copper pot stills as tradition. It is then matured for nine months in toasted oak barrels, giving it its shimmering golden colour. and its aromatic complexity. Depending on the Tequila category, it may be kept in casks of a certain size; some with a maximum volume of 700L.
