Loacker is the real deal from the Italian Alps. It started in 1925 as a tiny pastry shop in Bolzano, South Tyrol, and in the 70s the family did something a bit mad: they moved the whole operation up into the Dolomites, making wafers above 1,000 metres because they reckoned the fresh mountain air and clean water made better treats. Still family-run, still up in the hills. The milk in this cream is non-GMO Alpine milk, mostly from small farms nearby, and the vanilla is 100% Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. No added flavours, colours or preservatives, just proper ingredients.
