It's made at his own distillery in the tiny town of Jesús María, up in the Jalisco Highlands, with the Lopez family who've been growing agave and making tequila for generations. The 100% Blue Weber agave gets slow-roasted in small brick ovens for around three days, then distilled in handmade copper pots and rested in American oak whiskey barrels.
