This is the bottle that basically invented American craft vodka. Bert 'Tito' Beveridge started it in Austin, Texas back in 1997, building Texas' first legal distillery and rigging up his own copper pot stills, the same kind used for single malt Scotch and Cognac. While the giants churn vodka out of towering column stills, Tito's still pot-distills from yellow corn six times over. That corn base is also why it's naturally gluten-free. One guy, a hand-built still, and a stubborn idea that turned into a global favourite.
