The year 2019 was characterized by very low rainfall during winter and spring, and high temperatures throughout the month of June, leading to a very healthy vegetative balance. The addition of smaller berries provide an intense concentration in the quality of the wines.

<h2><b>Vinification </b></h2>
As soon as the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, the different grapes are cold macerated in stainless steel tanks for a few hours.

Medium salmon-pink colour.

Intense aromas with hints of candy.

An excellently balanced blend with a great level of acidity. Crisp and curated with flavors of citrus fruit.
