The year 2019 was characterized by very low rainfall during winter and spring, and high temperatures throughout the month of June, leading to a very healthy vegetative balance. The addition of smaller berries provide an intense concentration in the quality of the wines.

As soon as the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, the different grapes are cold macerated in stainless steel tanks for a few hours.
Medium salmon-pink colour.
