This comes from Dominio de Punctum, a family winery in Las Pedroñeras, out in the Cuenca corner of Castilla-La Mancha in central Spain. Their vineyards sit high up at around 750 metres on limestone-rich sandy soil, and the whole estate is farmed organically, so what you taste is grapes and not much else.
