Aurose is a young Provence-region project, born in 2022 down in the Var in southern France. The whole pitch is traceability and freshness with very little sugar, made in classic Mediterranean rosé style and bottled under the IGP Méditerranée tag. The grapes are the usual sun-loving southern French crew, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and friends, blended for fruit and zip rather than weight. The thermosensitive label that turns pink at the right temperature is their signature party trick, and a clever one.
