Bombay Bramble 1L-31%
Exceptional★★★★★
Pour this and the glass goes a deep magenta, like someone spilled berries in your gin. Take a sip and it's tart, almost dry, real berries and not a sugary mess. The clever bit is the juniper still walks in halfway through, so it tastes like proper gin wearing a fruit jacket. Top it with tonic, drop in some ice, and you've got the easiest good-looking drink in the house for tonight.
Tasting note · by The Oaks Cellar

The nose is all tart berries and currant, the kind of smell that makes you think jam before you've even sipped. On the palate it's tarter and drier than the colour promises. Blackberry and raspberry up front, then juniper, coriander and a little lemon zest cut through so it never goes cloying. There's no added sugar here, the sweetness is all fruit. It finishes dry with a hint of raspberry preserve and a whisper of spice. Berry-forward, but unmistakably gin underneath.

Where it's from

This comes out of Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, the glasshouse-and-river home of Bombay Sapphire. They start with the classic vapour-infused Bombay Sapphire gin, then marry it with a fresh infusion of blackberries and raspberries picked at their ripest. The colour and flavour are all natural, no added sugar. The name tips a hat to the Bramble, the London cocktail Dick Bradsell mixed up in the 80s, basically gin and blackberry in a glass. They just put it in the bottle for you.
