Bombay Bramble is a magenta appearing beer with heavy aromas of currant, tart, and berries. The flavour is tart, almost dry with a clear gin character and hints of cranberry. On the mid-palate, it has notes of juniper, coriander and hints of lemon zest. The finish is dry with raspberry preserves and a hint of spice.
The gin is made with an infusion of blackberry and raspberry, creating a sophisticated , upscale interpretation of the berry infused pink gin that took the world by storm in the late 2010’s.
Bombay Bramble Serving Suggestion
Bombay Bramble serves well with tonic, and even better with a sweeter tonic. The extra sweetness of the tonic causes the berry flavours of the gin to brighten up.
It could also be treated as a specialty gin. The higher proof means it can be applied in a Martini.
