Canti is the global label from Fratelli Martini, a family wine house up in Cossano Belbo in Piedmont, northern Italy. This particular bottle, though, comes from the other end of the country: Sicily, where it carries the Terre Siciliane IGT tag. The grapes ferment and rest in stainless steel rather than oak barrels, which is why the fruit stays so fresh and bright instead of going woody and serious.
