The Story
Founded in Reims in 1827, Mumm earned its red “Cordon Rouge” sash in 1876, inspired by France’s Légion d’Honneur, and has worn it on the label since 1881. Cordon Rouge is its flagship Brut — Pinot Noir-led, blended from more than 100 crus and aged a minimum of 20 months.
