Cold glass, big litre, zero drama. Keringet is the still water that just gets out of its own way: clean, smooth, no funny tinny edge, the kind you happily down by the glass. Pour it at the table, keep it next to the wine, park it by the bed for tomorrow morning. It's water that actually tastes like nothing, which is exactly the point.
Tasting note · by The Oaks Cellar

Soft and rounded on the tongue, not sharp or flat. It comes from deep underground in the Rift Valley, so it carries a quiet mineral backbone (a little magnesium, calcium and sodium) without ever tasting salty or metallic. The pH sits around 8.4, gently on the alkaline side, which is part of why it feels smooth rather than biting. Honestly? It tastes like proper, clean water and nothing else. That's the whole flex.

Where it's from

Keringet comes from Molo, up around 8,000 feet near the edge of the Mau forest. The water trickles down through deep layers of chalk, sand, gravel and hard porous volcanic rock left behind by the seismic chaos that built the Great Rift Valley. That slow journey through the strata is the natural filter, and it's where the minerals come from. A genuinely Kenyan source, bottled at one of the higher, cleaner corners of the country.
