The Louis Eschenauer Saint Emilion is a juicy red blend specially curated from a blend of both Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. On the nose are the subtle hints of almond, rose and red berries. The palate is quite elegant and fruity displaying light spicy notes. This wine is guaranteed to enhance your red meats, jugged dishes, veal chops as well as your cheeses and even wild strawberry tarts.

This wine is made traditionally in stainless steel vats. The process is very long and lasts between 2 and 3 weeks. Once the vinification is finished, the wine is aged and devatted every 3 months.
