Luc Belaire is a French sparkling house built by Sovereign Brands, the same family-run drinks crew behind a string of cult bottles, and it got loud fast thanks to a big hip-hop following. The Luxe cuvee is a Blanc de Blancs, meaning it's made only from white Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked in Chablis up in Burgundy, then rested in Burgundy oak barrels for around six months before bottling.
