Mount Hermon Moscato is produced from Muscat Canelli grapes grown entirely on the Golan Heights, in the cold climate and high altitude that are unique to the region. Stopping the fermentation of the juice quite early results in a wine that is very aromatic, lively and unusually light and refreshing for a sweet wine.
This wine is enjoyable as an aperitif and goes well with desserts. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 5-8 °C.
