This comes out of Chile's Central Valley, made by Fox Wines, a label started in 2013 by a couple of guys with decades in the wine trade. The fruit is cool-fermented in steel tanks, kept cold on purpose to lock in all those fresh aromatics, with no oak getting in the way. Nice bit of trivia: Quereu is a Mapuche word for a Chilean bird that flocks to the vineyards when the grapes are ripe. Old-timers took it as the sign that harvest was on.
