2015 was characterized by abundant rain both in winter and summer. This brought the harvest season forward. August was marked by more moderate temperatures and an excellent vegetative state of the plants with a moderate bud lad, factors that endured until harvesting.

The aim was to obtain a refined, classic Rioja Reserva suitable for ageing. During temperature controlled maceration and fermentation, we apply smooth extraction techniques.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 36 months.
This blend is a great option for appetizers and desserts. With an excellent balance of dryness, it is best served with all types of sea food, ham and cheeses.
