Sion-Blend 75cl

<strong>Sion</strong> is a unique blend of Sangiovese, Tinta Cao, Tempranillo, Syrah, Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir grapes. The fruit was grown in our vineyards on the Golan Heights, in the cold climate and high altitude unique to the region. <strong>Sion</strong> exhibits cherry and blueberry fruit characters along with floral and spice notes. Medium - to light - bodied, this exuberant wine is fresh and bright.

The wine goes wonderfully with grilled chicken, thin-crust pizza or Gruyère cheese. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 13-16 <span class="LrzXr kno-fv">°</span>C.
