This is Scotland through and through, a blend of malt and grain whiskies drawn from Speyside and the Highlands, each aged at least 12 years. The brothers James and John Chivas built their name in Aberdeen on a simple idea: old, mature stocks and a generous Speyside accent. The heart malt at the centre of every Chivas blend comes from Strathisla, one of the oldest working distilleries in the Highlands. Ex-bourbon casks lend the golden colour and vanilla, ex-sherry casks add the richer fruit.
