The El Emperador Chardonnay is a rich and textured excellent white dry blend made by the famous Sebastian Astaburuaga Compania. It has a bright yellow color with hints of green. The bottle opens up with intense aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The palate is very well rounded with marked with delicious flavors of pineapple, white flowers and dry fruit. The wine goes well with seafood, fried fish, white meat and cheese.

Chardonnay grapes are grown in the Central Valley at the foot of the Andes, where the soils of the vineyards are very diverse (they are sandy, clayey-limestone and stony).
