Each variety fermented separately on stainless steel tanks, fermentation with selected yeasts at 14-18ºC during 18-20 days.
Grapes were hand picked during the first and last week of March.
70% Chenin Blanc, 30% Torrontes
Colour: Yellow colour with gold tones and green hues.
Aromas: White and citrus fruits. Complexity given by jasmine and roses notes.
Flavour: Soft and fresh entry with balanced and elegant finish.
