Kumusha is the project of Tinashe Nyamudoka, a Zimbabwe-born sommelier who landed in South Africa in 2008 knowing nothing about wine, then worked his way from waiter to head sommelier at The Test Kitchen, one of the most lauded restaurants on the continent.
