Malibu is a coconut-flavoured liqueur from the Caribbean. It boasts a smooth body, of ample coconut notes along with a sweet finish.
It is made with Caribbean sugarcane and pure water, then aged to perfection in oak barrels. The aging takes a period of two years, after which the master distillers mix the rum with coconut extracts to produce its island flavours.
Malibu rum was originally made with Piña Coladas in mind, making it a perfect base for any of the island-themed cocktails.
