Vineyard: Younger Vines are used to produce this wine
Aging: Only grapes that have soft, juicy flavors are picked out for this wine. The grapes are matured for nine months in a tank with a minimum level of oak influence.
Blend: 50% Shiraz and 50% Merlot.
Vintage: This is an excellent vintage as it is curated from one of the driest summers that we have had in a long time. The grapes chosen are therefore healthy and concentrated displaying an intense varietal of flavors.
Acidity: 5.7 g/l
Residual Sugar: 2.5 g/l
