About This Wine
San Felipe is recognized as one of Argentina’s most traditional and well-known blends. The delicious San Felipe range cones from high vineyards in the foothills of the Andes, where ideal conditions give rise to quality wines with pure fruit flavors and great character.
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sorted and after fermentation, 10% of the juice matures for 3 months in new French oak barrels. This results in more structure and softer acidity in the final blend.
This Sauvignon Blanc combines well with poultry, white meat, light cheeses and a Greek pasta salad.
