Urban Bites is the snack baby of Norda Industries, a Nairobi company started in 2008 by Tajdin and Khatun Jaffer with their grandson Faraz. The potatoes come straight from Kenyan smallholder farmers, get lightly fried in vegetable oil, then dusted with that salt-and-vinegar kick.
