Pecan Stream is their more relaxed, everyday range, named after the actual pecan-tree-lined stream that runs through the estate. The fruit for this one travels a bit: mostly cool-climate Elgin with a splash from warmer Paarl, hand-picked, cold-fermented for about 26 days, then rested a couple of months on fine lees in steel to give it that rounder feel.
