It is distilled using cold water that gracefully flows down the mountains beside the Dawhinnie Distillery in Scotland. The cold water allows for the distillers to quickly condense the spirit before subjecting it to a 15-year maturation period in American Oak Bourbon casks.

Nose: A soft invitation of aromatic heather honey, vanilla, and a touch of citrus. The bouquet leads with a rich wildflower honey sweetness and barley sugar, followed by a vibrant orchard of green pears, apple, and white-fleshed peaches. A complex floral layer unfolds, reminiscent of a summer meadow filled with white clover and apple blossoms.
Palate: Medium-bodied, with a light, fruity palate featuring notes of honey, vanilla, and almonds, complemented by a subtle hint of heather. Smooth, soft and lasting flavours of heather honey sweetness and vanilla, followed by deeper citrus-fruit flavours and hints of malted bread.
Finish: Long, lingering, and surprisingly intense — starting sweetly before giving way to gentle smoke, peat, and malt. A subtle, almost ghostly hint of peat smoke emerges alongside a lingering floral sweetness.
