The year 2019 was characterized with having very low rainfall during winter and spring and high temperatures were experienced from the end of July. This resulted to the growth of healthy vines and a great balance of vegetation. The addition of small berries intensified the concentration and even improved the wine quality.
As soon as the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, the different varieties are cold macerated in stainless steel tanks for a week. This is done to ensure that the fruity flavors are retained. Fermentation takes place in low temperatures of 15 degrees Celsius.

The palate is sweet and fresh with green fruit and citrus flavors. Great acidity with pronounced flavors and a lengthy finish.
