Hendrick's is made in Scotland by William Grant & Sons, and Amazonia comes straight from the imagination of Master Distiller Lesley Gracie. After a 2013 trip exploring the Amazon and the jungles of Venezuela with explorer Charles Brewer-Carías, she came home buzzing and built this rainforest-inspired gin, layering exotic tropical flora over the signature rose and cucumber. It's part of her experimental Cabinet of Curiosities and a duty-free travel exclusive, so it carries a bit of that airport-adventure energy. Nice touch: the brand plants a tree in the Amazon for bottles sold.
