Unique, exuberant, intense, this Sauvignon Blanc comes from the northern tip of New Zealand’s south island: Marlborough. The wine reveals great notes of bell pepper and fresh cut grass on the nose. The palate gives out pleasant aromas of passionfruit and grapefruit that makes this wine ideal with a white fish in sauce, a crab-stuffed avocado or a scallop carpaccio.
