About Tequila Anejo
A rich blend of two tequilas. Both of these tequilas are triple distilled 100%v agave tequilas, however they are curated using different methods. One of the Tequilas is made by making use of a traditional Tahona then fermented with agave fibers, and the other Tequila is curated using a contemporary roller shredder.
Fermentation – 100% agave, Wood fermentation tanks, Fermentation with fibers, Fermentation without fibers.
Distillation: 2x Distilled
Aging – Oak aged for 12 months to produce a tequila perfect for sipping.
